ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
** Shipping times are currently being impacted by the Canada Post Workers Strike. Please see below for further details.**
All orders are processed in Montréal, Canada, within 2-5 business days of being placed.
Orders are then shipped by UPS only (until the end of the Canada Post Worker's Strike), with varying delivery times, depending on shipping method chosen at check out. Please note, we are a very small team, unforeseen delays can occur.

Dec 19 Update : Shipping with Canada Post from the LVNEA Workshop will most likely resume on Monday Dec 30, 2024. Our team is now on a much needed holiday break and will be returning on Dec 30. Based on the updates from Canada Post, we should be able to resume sending packages with them upon our return. This situation is subject to change depending on the evolving situation.
Communications from Canada Post: as of Tuesday Dec 17, the Canadian Government has ordered Canada Post Workers to resume their work at Canada Post facilities. New commercial domestic mail is not being accepted until Thursday Dec 18 and new international mail isn’t being accepted until Monday Dec 23. Commercial businesses are unable to request collection of their labeled packages until Monday Dec 23.
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has also been clear that, as the order to return to work is a clear violation of their Charter rights, they will attempt to challenge the government intervention to end the strike. It is unclear yet how long this challenge will take to formally be presented or what will be affected by it.
As always, we will continue to stand in support with the CUPW and we deeply appreciate the generosity shared by all our customers as we collectively go forward in solidarity with labour movements everywhere fighting for fair and safe working conditions.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or some rural areas during this time. Any orders placed that fall under these categories will be contacted and may require holding your package until the strike is over unless an alternative address is provided.
• Locals can always opt to pick their orders up in-store, or have them delivered via courier depending on their location.

In the very exceptional instance where a refund is granted for a package returned to us, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. This also applies to orders that received free shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the costs our small business incurs when processing returns due to issues beyond our control.
