One of history’s most precious natural preserves doubles as perfumery’s most misunderstood accord. Classically composed of sweet oils and resins, ❝amber❞ accords interpret and immortalize the impression of collective fascination as elicited from the ancient spectral forms encased in molten glass.

Impressions: gilded aura radiating from a molten core; scorched earth; life-sustaining flame; paleontological wonder—a rich and smokey baltic amber scent.

A favoured specimen, cherished & dear, whose steady murmurs fill our ears. Apis Mellifera, the honey bee, exudes a bucolic aroma of raw honeycomb, wildflowers, and animalic pungency, with all the brilliance and vibrancy expected of such a small life full of purpose.

Bone captures a stillness borne of decay; bestial foundations left behind in the wake of a life well-fought for.

Silent effigies of the animal kingdom, poached and pilfered from the Earth's cradle and carefully positioned against artificial recreations of their homes. Dirty paws, pelts preserved, skeleton unfolded, dissected, reassembled, revested, and revived; a skewed maw eternally ajar, glass eyes vacant.

Impressions: a beating pulse; a trembling heart; warm breath and a soft underbelly—an animalic musk scent.

The splendid and oft extra-terrestrial appearance of various Orchid species has led to the steady and methodical development of ❝Orchidology❞; the study of these curious plants and their fascinating characters. In the Victorian era, Orchids were attributed a particularly bestial, if not humanoid quality, wild tales of willy blossoms and ill-willed blooms tattled excitedly from one enthusiast to another over the thick greenhouse air. 

Impressions: sweet cream; wax; enchanting silhouettes and celestial bodies nodding contentedly in places hidden from the eye—a sweet floral scent.
