This blend combines the pure sunshine of St. John’s Wort harvested on the Summer Solstice with mood-lifting Lemon Balm, Dandelion to improve sluggishness, cheery Chamomile to soothe your mind and body, and a bit of Mugwort to bring vitality through your entire system, all the way into the tips of your fingers and toes. This formula is pure sunshine in a bottle and a tried and true blend for seasonal mood changes.

Ingredients: Naturally grown St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Naturally grown Lemon Balm (Melissa offficinalis), Organic Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Naturally grown Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Naturally grown Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), Certified Organic Gluten-Free Alcohol.

Suggested Use: Take 10-30 drops up to 3x daily or as needed for gentle mood support. This tincture can also be taken before meals to support digestion.

Herbal Safety: This tincture should be avoided by individuals with Bipolar Disorder (type I or II), major depression, or schizophrenia. It should also be avoided if you are taking medications including, but not limited to, antidepressants and the oral contraceptive pill.
