About the Palestinian Soap Cooperative: We're a distributor of traditional Palestinian olive oil soap from Nablus, a city that has continuously produced pure olive oil soap for the past thousand years. We ship North American orders from San Francisco and European Union orders from Munich. Nablus soap is the only 100% olive oil soap still produced in the traditional way. Made from three ingredients --- virgin olive oil, water, and lye --- it is cooked slowly on low heat, before being hand cut, stacked, and dried for up to 8 months.
